Big River First Nation has developed a Community Plan. The Community Plan establishes goals and priorities and create an action plan to address them. The Community Plan provides leadership and staff with information they need to make informed decisions to achieve community goals. The plan ensures BRFN develops in a way that benefits all areas of the community. The planning process builds capacity and improve communication between members, staff and leadership. The future success and growth of the community will be measured based on information gathered throughout the project.
How can you get involved?
This project gives members the opportunity to shape the future of the community by working together. The overall goal of the Community Plan is to improve the quality of life for members. Input from members will help shape community goals and create a plan to achieve the goals.
Be sure to attend community events and share your ideas!
